As four accused Dallas-area pimps are behind bars, a lawsuit filed by the city of Dallas shows what life is like for some victims of human sex trafficking. The bust happened Wednesday inside a business claiming to be massage parlors in the block of Emerald Street in northwest Dallas, according to the Dallas Police Department.

Legal Rights and Resources In addition to the Domestic Incident Report DIR that all police officers are required to complete for any reported domestic incident, there are several legal avenues available to the LGBTQ population in responding to domestic violence.
